Actuated Globe Valve

TLV’s 3-in-1 new type of compact electro-pneumatic control valve (CV-COS) has an integrated cyclone separator and steam trap to improve steam quality. Similar to the CV-COS, the
CV-COSR is an electro-pneumatic control valve ideal for applications where dry steam is already being supplied through use of a seperator.

Actuated Globe Valves

Forbes modulating globe valves are available in pneumatic and electric actuation with equal percentage characteristics for tighter control application such as temperature, pressure and flow control. Forbes incorporates modern designs for service longevity and performance, and provides excellent performance on steam, liquid and gas service.

Temperature Regulator

Watson McDaniel’s W91/W94 self-operating temperature regulator, is a mechanically operated device designed to regulate system temperature. This is done by modulating the flow of a heating or cooling fluid in response to temperature changes, which also does not require an external power source.

Actuated Piston Valve

Forbes Marshall’s piston actuated valve (FMPAV) is a 2-port pneumatically actuated on/off stainless steel valve for use on steam, water, air, oil and gases, which contains a PTFE soft seal to provide a tight shutoff.

Actuated Ball Valve

Triac® V-Port control valves are ideal for achieving more precise control with the simplicity and sealing features of a ball valve. V-port valves offer better and more consistent control than traditional round ported ball valves.

Actuated Plug Valve

Durco offers control with plug valves designed for tight shutoff with equal percentage characteristics, high temperatures and pressures ideal for steam control application for process heating. It has a low torque design and weighs less when compared to typical globe type controls.

Actuated Butterfly Valve

Founded in 1912, Durco Valves have a long standing heritage of providing butterfly valves. The design includes a high performance double offset and a triple offset butterfly valve for tight shut off applications in steam and chemical applications, including isolation for processes such as strong, acids, caustic, chlorine, HF alkylation, and other corrosive applications. Steam applications include steam isolation and steam control for various process heating applications.
